You won't have positive equity at this point; those days of the 'hot' 4xe market are well behind us now. Might as well wait - with interest rates dropping later this year, you'll probably be in good shape to get an even better deal come next summer (especially if they offer a loyalty incentive).

Back during the GM/Chevy Bolt fiasco, the dealer kept ours on their lot for 10 months, while they paid out the nose for a rental.

So...I finally got a call back from a Jeep case manager, who said that I've been approved for $60/day rental. They said I would have to pay out of pocket, and then submit for reimbursement. They'll only cover the base rental price, no extra costs (fuel, etc).

I have a interesting use case where I deploy full electric in a dense urban environment (i.e. where gas MPG would be abysmal) and then switch to E-Save out of the city for more 'normal' hybrid type use. Yes, I enjoy the 4xE for the around-town efficiency, but I love the silence, smoothness, and...

As other have noted: a simple rotation/balance fixed mine, which showed up after about 8k miles on lots of pothole-ridden streets. Was pretty scary when it was present, made it almost impossible to drive securely above 45mph.

And, believe it or not, not a single one of those drivers cares. 😎
