Spoke to Rob yesterday believe he said they had 3 or 4 on the lot, your very lucky your process is close to complete, he gave me the impression that of the 150+ orders he has in most of us are in for a long wait. 11/12 order still in "D".

The only additional items I ordered on my Willys are 8.4 touchscreen w/ premium sound, manual transmission, premium soft top, tech group. I’ve seen all of those options on jeeps already delivered ordered much later than mine so there’s no reason to believe the parts constraint theory.

Ordered the same, plus Convenience Package on 11/30. No movement either. Sales person said he expects something this month. We shall see.

I called Jeep customer service again because they didn't return my call (gasp) and they actually gave me an escalation case number this time and did say all parts are gathered so I guess that's something. So we will see what happens. Of course no return call from dealer GM(I'M SHOCKED)

I received an escalation case manager and all of the above spoke to someone a few weeks ago and nothing since then. I'm still in D. At least you have some movement.
