Nice! How did the shorter wheelbase perform for you?

Looks like a great time. How do you like the Trutrac on the front?
Its great so far. The computer works really fast with BLD system. Most people thought I had lockers front and rear. Can't wait to snow test.

I only had few obstacles that would have benefited from the longer wheel base. Its a mixture of pucker factor and wheel placement. The short wheel base did allow me to pick my lines a little easier.

I mean before the limo wranglers showed up the rubicon was done by nothing but 2drs. And The Ginger from EPIC outfitters took his 2dr on the rubicon not long ago and said the exact same thing about wheel placement and pucker factor! Me my dad and 2 boys are planning a trip in my 2dr for next years family jamboree since one of my boys will only be 13.

I love my 2 door, this is Jeep # 7. I have owned Jeeps since 1975, all of which were 2 door(exception of 1 Cherokee, it didnt last long). Occasionally I have been asked to yank a 4 door out of a puckering situation. Dont get me wrong I love the 4 door as well. I just dont need a 4 door.

That is awesome! I am impressed. Other than what look like 33s, Truetrac, and the lift, any other mods to your Jeep that helped you get through? The shorter wheelbase would be handy for a variety of obstacles. One of these years I want to run the Rubicon as well. I'll be doing the 4-door version of it...

I need to get wider rock sliders. But In all honesty the jeeps are really capable out of the box
