Right to it, :captain:. I've come to really like it in black, looks great. I'll be Following this thread, it will be interesting to watch your build. Looking like another 2-7 day until mine and I would still love to see a picture of the specs on the back of the rims if you wouldn't mind.

I read "gave her some air" and looked for modifications to give your 392 better breathing, but didn't see any. Did you mean that it was sitting higher with the lift/spacers?

392 on 37” KO2s
Awesome build! Will follow!

Two questions.
1) You did a full 2” lift up front while 1.5” in the back. Are you only installing shock extensions only in the front or front and back? Teraflex says shock extensions are only for 2-2.5” lifts. What brand are you going with?

2) Does the 392 need a front axle motor skid plate even though the 392 has no FAD? I’m guessing your concern is because the cast iron housing is still present, it is still a weak point on the front axle?

Thanks and sorry I’m advance if I copy some of your mods👍

No problem.
1. once the spacers went on it extended the stock Fox shocks a little to much for comfort, No problem if you are only going to drive on the street. That Fox shock is almost fully extended it’s only good for a 2 inch lift. i have a second home in Colorado and will be doing alot of off roading leave less 2 week don’t want to blow out those shocks so I’m putting Rubicon Express JL shock extensions
This is only a temporary fix until this fall/winter when I put. Full born lift kit with new shocks.
if you do any off-roading with those spacers and you ether put on new shocks or extend the stock shocks it could get ugly. I don’t plan on doing any hard wheeling this summer ( 6 trail rattling or less until I have a new lift). Once I get to Colorado and get off road I’ll keep you posted.

2. Rockhard 4x4 sent me the axle motor skid plate at no charge, (bought a ton of stuff from them and they hooked me up) so why not install it fitted, might be.weak point. i called them today about the aluminum rear bumper which I plan on installing I already have it on my 2019 Rubi. for more weight reduction with the bog ass muffler concerned about it fitting they will get back with me on that. But also said they are almost ready to release full aluminum skid plate production for the 392 in another month which I will purchase as soon as available.

Is it me or do your wheels look weirdly small in those 37's? I know its a 17in wheel but in the first pic it looks like a 15in.
It may just be the angle of the picture.

I think I've been in Law Enforcement too Long, so you can take this advice, or not.
Put in photo's, with your license plate blocked.
Really nice looking Jeep, lets hope the wrong guy, doesn't thinks that also.

Law enforcement aside, why? You drive all day with your plates showing, how is that different from showing it on a forum.

Wider audience! Do you drive into area's where there have been carjacking's, or do you avoid them?

Most of the guys on this forum drive around more heavily armed than you do. :)

That actually does accomplish something? I always do that out of habit, and every time I wonder if I'm just being paranoid. 😄

Are you using anything to increase the width of your setup other than the spacers for your wheels? I really like the width of yours in these pics. They seem farther outward than I would have thought for just a wheel spacer though. You did say 1.75" spacers in your original post, correct?

I guess the tires are an inch wider as well, maybe that impacts the look of the "width" too. Really looks nice though man.
