Retired and loving it!
Retired here. Wife has mobility issues so she needs a portable step to get into the as-yet-unnamed wrangler so I'm mainly alone while driving it. We also have a '10 Liberty that"s easier for her to enter and exit so that's what we use when I need to take her so,ewhere or she wants to go with me.

Rubi6mt, it looks like you need to move that up out of the way. I moved my AEV/Bilstein SS with a Clayton's Offroad relocation bracket. It is now out of harm's way.

Yup, 100% agree. this was a quick stop gap fix while I wheel it stock before the mods begin.

In about 2 weeks the NVM 7000 series skids go on and then in the spring the 38s Nitto Trail Grapplers, 2.5 inch 7075 midarms with 2.5inch RK springs go on with Fox 2.5 DSCs along with a 7075 DL/TR 7075 aluminum kit with a SS relocation kit to accommodate a FOX 2.5 ATS setup. (and all the supporting mods ie axle truss kit etc etc).

Still it's fun to see what the stock Rubi with an XR package can do and I will say its not bad out of the box.

Yes it is. 23 JLU Willys XR 2.0T. I love it. Main mods include 1/2 inch spring spacers front and rear, TrueTracs front and rear, Tazer, and a FAD delete.

I also have a 98 TJ and a 46 Willys CJ2A for fun.

Wife drives a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. When we go out, we take the Jeep.
