I'd skip the XR option as it's overpriced. After wheeling and working on a couple of them they also have some really obvious flaws to maximize profit. They need control arms, track bars, and shocks - so all you are really getting are springs.

Gears can be done for $2000 or less.

Aftermarket lift by a good name brand. $2500 - $3000 or so DIY.
You missed the most important parts. The HD front diff housing with steel knuckles and the bigger 392 performance brakes. To Buy that housing aftermarket combined with 4.56 gears and you are looking at over $4k.

@aldo98229 I luv the wheels & 35”s & Just that little bit of lift with the XR, That is why I was ordering it. But can’t help to think, the Rubicon can support 35”s with no problem & without regerar of course. Never using it as a rock crawler. Would it be cheaper to just change the wheels & tires myself at a later date?
The XR package is much more that tires and wheels. Looking at Everything included it’s worth the cost.
