Weird, hope you get it figured.

Just the other day while starting my 2025 Willys v6 with 7k miles on it and saw the same red dot (about 1/4" diameter) in lower left of gauge cluster illuminate, never seen that before! After cranking another red light came on that showed kinda like this: )!( near where the red dot had been illuminated, then that too went off after the engine started! WTH!?!?!??

This high amp fuse array located at the edge of the fuse box can be blown during battery replacement if not careful.

How can I tell if it's blown?

I just put an OBDII scanner and got two codes: P0562 and P0562 P. I think the P stands for "pending". P0562 is "system voltage low". Should I erase those codes to see if it comes up again?
Yes!!! Clear all DTC's. If they come back you know which component failed.

3) I replaced the main battery with a Platinum H7 Everstart from Walmart and the aux battery was replaced with a Platinum Super Start from Oreilly's. The new main is at 12.46 volts right now and the new aux is at 12.36 volts.
Those two batteries had to have cost you nearly $400. Did the dealer give you an indication that, for some reason, this issue wasn't covered under warranty? BTW, consider kicking the aux battery to the curb.

I just checked those codes and they both related to Low voltage. You need to pull the negative lead off the main battery include the Aux cable so just remove the entire connector. Let the Jeep sit for at least 15 minutes no power. Then reconnect, it will start once and die, this is intentional, just start it again. For some reason the power control is locked up. Hope this does it for you. Apologies if not, but both code were low voltage and that being resolved this was the fix. and I do agree with dumping the Aux battery, but thats another day..

curious why not having dealer deal with it. batteries should be covered under the 3year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper.

Most of the time, both batteries are too weak to make it start. Like you suggested, disconnect the aux ground at the main battery, tape it off and use a zip tie to get it out of the way. Then pull fuse 42, and try a jump on the main battery. I f it starts, drive to your closest auto parts store or Walmart, and buy a H7/94R battery to replace the main with. You may need to remove a spacer lug in the battery tray to make it fit. Once you replace the main battery, never reconnect the aux again.

I dont think he can get it to the dealer, do they do a Pick-up service. If you have warrranty I wouldn't put a penny into it. The Battery will cost you (I think you bought a new one). And it will work fine, just not as long as the bigger H7. Yank that negative lead off the aux battery (it the smallest black cable connected. to the main battery). Pull fuse 42. The Aux Battery has always been problematic so I just took it completely out of the circuit, out of my Jeep and right into the garbage can. Do you have a Tazer? if you do just diable ESS if it even shows up, since you took out the power control fuse it may not be an input anymore.

those codes are indeed low voltage related, and the 'P' does stand for pending, which means it's triggered recently. I'd recommend erasing the codes with your OBDII scanner and see if they come up again after a test drive or two. If they do, it's likely a sign of a more serious issue like a bad alternator or wiring problem.
I’ve had codes with P be active, pending or permanent, so don’t rely on the P.

Am I the only one who thinks it odd that all of this energy is going into diagnosing a Jeep that is likely still under warranty? Here is the best advice you've received so far : pick up the phone and have it flatbedded to your closest dealer. If you don't, someone on here will have you going to Autozone and installing a new starter in your driveway.

It's a Jeep. In a year or two you'll have plenty of opportunity to spend your own money to repair it. :)

For real. He can easily blow/break something. That can easily cause issues with the warranty. I would not experiment with any vehicle that is under warranty.
