Wrangler jl e-lockers problem , pls help !

They tried to steal my jeep , since then the e-lockers dont work , at first the dash screen give service rear locker , i got it to the dealer they thought it was a bad sensor , after check they says its just the plug and changed it , now i see that jeep is locked front and rear , and when i try to lock it , the lockers dont work at all , when i push the botton off , i see that the lockers on the screen shows locked all the time ,,, im sitting right know at the dealer and they dont know what to do ! Can anyone help

it's not a recall, it's a Technical Service Bulletin and it applies to all 2018 to 2023 Wranglers and Gladiators built on or before 11/24 of 2022 that have tru-lok axles

How the hell did they damage the locker wiring trying to steal it? Did they plug into the star connector behind the glove box? If so it's say it's a software issue not a hardware one.

Yup they connected to the cannbus star to the radio , they have 2 ways to enter to the car what the police sayed to me , by sway bar plug / lockers plug , they damaged my lockers ,,

I just gut out the dealer , they changed the plug +checked the wiring + the rear locker sensor and its fine for now ( after 200km drive ) , i wish it stands and keep working

Ok just because I’m ignorant, are you saying they told you they entered the Jeep externally by using the locker or sway bar harness, or internally behind the glove box?
