Windshield wipers ?

I always bought Bosch or Rainx wipers but last spring I decided to put these on the TJ. Despite clearing thick mud and tons of rain these are working great 6 months later. Bonus extra set of blades. For the cost I will be ordering a set for the JT to try out. (JLUs blades are still good)

I was stationed in Sill for 4 years but the family there for 5. That weather dries out the best wipers in short notice.

Me and wife have a rentals in Altus and Lawton. Altus is always in a drought, but in Broken Arrow right now. Rains a lot more than that side of the Oklahoma state.

Don't use abrasives, acids, lime cleaners, etc.... Just use steel wool, #00 or better. Go against the grain on the outside of the windshield ONLY. it'll be as clean as new.

I appreciate that steel wool can be used, I've used it, although there are split recommendations by "internet experts". I don't like it because of the steel wool particles break off the very fine grades of steel wool and this dust-like debris rusts and will imbed in the paint if not thoroughly removed right away. The stuff gets everywhere.

So I prefer an acid-abrasive designed for glass.

Those Aero Voyager wipers are perfect clones of the Bosch Envision wipers currently on my Jeep. The Aeros have a markedly lower price, though. Hopefully they work as well as the Bosch equivalents.

I’ve always thought the Rain-X brand ones have been good. Been using them on both mine and the wife’s rides for years.

Great wipers especially at Costco pricing. On sale I've gotten for like 13 bucks I think.

Working great 7 months later on the TJ. That’s with clearing some pretty thick mud.

I used to use Michelin Stealths and loved them. Sadly they no longer make them. As for cleaning the windshield, I have used Rain-x Xtreme Clean. Basically like a soft scrub. Works wonders. I generally clean all the glass with it on a new vehicle due to the fact there is usually crap on there that just wont clean off. Not sure about putting Dawn in the reservoir though. Dawn can strip wax so, why risk it lol.

Mopar was always streaky and noisy, replaced with Bosch Icons all around, and noticeable difference, a bit pricy but solves the issues with OEM blades
