Does a bumper exist that can mount a Warn Zeon 12s winch inside the bumper (not on top) that also does not require hacking up your frame rails to make it fit?

I don't think so. I think it is the winch that doesn't fit between the frame rails, so it's not the bumper that is the issue, but the winch...just the way I remember it, maybe not?

Does the Crusher series from Motobilt work? I put one on my wife's JLUR with a Warn EVO 10 but the website says it'll fit a Zeon.

On the ARB bondi bumper with a Warn Zeon 10s winch (same external dimensions as a 12s) I modified the bumper mounting plates as shown in the pics below. I prefer to use the term modifying as opposed to hacking. If you do any future mods it won’t be the last time you remove some material to accomplish what you want.

I installed a Warn Zeon 12-s in a Next Venture aluminum front bumper. Didn't have to do any "hacking" per se, but did need to do some minor grinding of the frame rail corners as well as some cosmetic parts of the aluminum winch housing itself (after a quick shot of black spray paint you can't even tell). It really is a tight fit.

Maybe with a winch tray lined up just right, it could be made to fit perfectly, but this is unlikely to happen out of the box due to jeep-to-jeep variation.

I put a Badland 12,000# winch on my gladiator using a Rockhard bumper. The only issues I had was grill to winch clearance. The Rockhard bumper comes with to spacer sets to give more clearance from the grill. I used both sets. Also, the power cables for the winch come out of the back of the housing. I moved the cables to the side.

I used another Rockhard bumper for my Wrangler. I bought a Warn 10,000 pound winch for the Wrangler. The winch was on sale plus there were significant rebates. Throw in the smaller footprint of the Warn winch and it was a good fit (pun intended) for my Wrangler.

I bought my 2nd Rockhjard bumper form Quardatech. Rockhard bumpers are not cheap, but you get a first class bumper, a good winchplate, and a good skid plate out of the deal. Throw in the ability to add towing brackets to the Rockhard bumper and it is a great fit for my needs. I picked up my bumper at the nearby FEDEX delivery center.

Test fit:

Easy install. The Warn VR 10-S EVO had a significantly smaller footpring than the Badlands Apex winch I put on the Gladiator.

I moved the cables on the Warn winch to the side just like the Badlands winch. I couldn't bear the thought of the cables rubbing off that beautiful blue paint.

This is how the winch was wired. A on/off switch comes with the Badlands winch. I liked it so much I bought one for the Warn winch.

The Warn 12S is 24.25" in width. The Warn VR is much narrower. I just looked at mine, looking from the top, and it appears there is almost no space 'tween the winch and frame rails. Had I not notched them, I don't think it would fit. Again, I believe this is a frame rail, or winch width issue, not a bumper issue.
