Hey there Jeepers. Looking at putting on a new front bumper and winch. Guessing around the 100lb (+/-) mark. I currently have the mopar lift with Fox shocks. Will I require any extra support uo front for the added weight? Thx. ??????

I put a 3/4” coil spacer in to bring the front back up a little. I wish I would have done an 1” or 1.5”. But it’s totally dependent on the bumper and or winch plate and winch total weight. But, you will get a little front end sag unless you do something.

Thanks. Yeah, 75lb bumper, winch I'm guessing 35lbs-ish!

Well...
I think you have a typo in your post. A 100lbs winch is good enough to drag your spare tire around, that's about it. You need at least a 9000lbs winch, so I'm guessing you meant 10,000lbs winch. Most of these will weigh around 60lbs & probably more. So, add that to the weight of your bumper.

To give you an idea. I have a 2020 JLUR that had the plastic front bumper. I put on a Mid-Width LOD signature series front bumper. This is probably close to 65-70lbs. Lowered my Rubicon front end at 1/4 inch. Put on a 12,000lbs winch with the control pack mounted in the engine compartment. This lowered my Rubicon another 1/4+ inch. Total just over 1/2 inch of drop.

I haven't leveled it yet as I am putting on some better skid plates. LOD signature series rock rails, better rear bumper (haven't decided on it yet) & a 2.5-3.5 inch lift & 37s. Which the extra skid plates, rails, rear bumper & a 37" spare will distribute the weight & drop. Thus, the need for a lift to give room for the 37s.

So, of your adding more weight, & you say you have a lift so I assume larger tires, so the drop from front bumper & winch may not be as bad on your Jeep.

Hope this helps!

I added a warn winch plate and 13,000lb winch to new X on stock bumper and dropped about 1/4 in.

I think the OP is referring to the weight of the winch itself, not the capacity of the winch.

@VIJeepGuy: It's easy to figure out. Just hang something off the front bumper that's the same weight as the amount of additional weight you're adding. Sandbags, a 5gal bucket full of rocks, etc. That's exactly what the new mods will do to your suspension. Then you can figure out if there is a problem you need to address or not.

Now that I read the OP's post again, I think you're right. Looks like total weight the OP was estimating of around 100lbs.

Yeah, I had my 140lbs grandson sit on my OEM bumper to get an estimate.
Now that I'm home & could look up what I had recorded, my bumper weighed 71lbs & the winch, including the control module, weighed 63lbs. I got just a hair over 1/2 inch drop.

But, OP states Mopar lift so I assume the OP has larger tires. If so, then OP may have some drop to the rear from the spare & any other goodies like skid plates, rock rails, etc. So, adding a bumper & winch might level it out.

Thanks. The 100 I was referring to was the weight for a bumper and winch. But it seems it'll be heavier. But yes, a 10,000lb is probably where I'll land. ???
