I think the OP is referring to the weight of the winch itself, not the capacity of the winch.Well...
I think you have a typo in your post. A 100lbs winch is good enough to drag your spare tire around, that's about it. You need at least a 9000lbs winch, so I'm guessing you meant 10,000lbs winch. Most of these will weigh around 60lbs & probably more. So, add that to the weight of your bumper.
To give you an idea. I have a 2020 JLUR that had the plastic front bumper. I put on a Mid-Width LOD signature series front bumper. This is probably close to 65-70lbs. Lowered my Rubicon front end at 1/4 inch. Put on a 12,000lbs winch with the control pack mounted in the engine compartment. This lowered my Rubicon another 1/4+ inch. Total just over 1/2 inch of drop.
I haven't leveled it yet as I am putting on some better skid plates. LOD signature series rock rails, better rear bumper (haven't decided on it yet) & a 2.5-3.5 inch lift & 37s. Which the extra skid plates, rails, rear bumper & a 37" spare will distribute the weight & drop. Thus, the need for a lift to give room for the 37s.
So, of your adding more weight, & you say you have a lift so I assume larger tires, so the drop from front bumper & winch may not be as bad on your Jeep.
Hope this helps!

Now that I read the OP's post again, I think you're right. Looks like total weight the OP was estimating of around 100lbs.I think the OP is referring to the weight of the winch itself, not the capacity of the winch.
@VIJeepGuy: It's easy to figure out. Just hang something off the front bumper that's the same weight as the amount of additional weight you're adding. Sandbags, a 5gal bucket full of rocks, etc. That's exactly what the new mods will do to your suspension. Then you can figure out if there is a problem you need to address or not.

Thanks. The 100 I was referring to was the weight for a bumper and winch. But it seems it'll be heavier. But yes, a 10,000lb is probably where I'll land. ???Well...
