Which bumper would be a better replacement for the stock plastic one? Mopar steel from marketplace or the rugged ridge arcus? Trying to keep the factory look but like both.

I have the arcus. Ive had it for 6 years, I just transfer it from my old jeep to new jeep. I like it. It is a light bumper and comes winch ready.

I only have 2 issues with it. I dont like the recovery hooks. I think theyre a bit too much and in case of an accident they would cause more damage than necessary.

The other one is the bullbar. It bolts on in a way that isnt really doing anything. It will easily just bend and damage the grill. But you can have somoene weld it to the bumper. I just removed mine.

I agree, and it is the route we took.

We added a Mopar lift at the dealership because of a connection we have with our friend that leases vehicles. I wanted the Clayton but our last rig had the Mopar and we liked it and we got a deal on it.

The knuckles, beefed up components and gearing are a great deal.

We're next to a Rubi here that has a nice AEV lift and 35's.

This easy to use and pretty affordable upgrade is really something I recommend.

Apex AutoLynx sway bar discos. I don't think the Rubi lets you drive a little faster on trails with the sways disconnected, but we have been at some decent speeds on the trails with ours disconnected and the ride is very nice and it makes some of the dips fun to hit. I usually disconnect on certain trails even if only using 2WD.

Not on 37's but I think it looks great.

We have to drive a long way to get to where we can actually use the rig so 35's seem perfect.
I think the XR 4.56 gears mate very well with the 35's.
37's look fantastic though.
Usage wise, I think for our needs we'll stay with 35s.

So this willys is a massive upgrade for me.

how is the lunchbox locker in the front in 2wd on the street? Can you tell it’s there? About to add a spartan to my 2021 willys front.
had one in my old LJ and it was great, but sounded like a roller coaster making u-turns

No. I couldn't hear or feel anything on 2WD.

Isn't a picture of a Willys XR with a lift and 37s basically a picture of a standard Willys with a lift and 37s (other than those DOT compliant fender extensions)?

Lol yes. Only if comparing an XR to a syandard willys from 2024+ though.
