Unfortunately, for me, the bumper I purchased is the Rubicon steel bumper and the end cap model number you attached the link to has the Sahara bumper pattern. the top is the rubicon bolt patter for the bumper i have. and the bottom picture is the sahara pattern/clip attachment. Since they’re less than 20 bucks, you could always take a shot at making it work? I agree with your move to add the rubicon rear flares, but you’ll need the fronts as well to avoid looking odd (I.e., your factory rake will be accentuated by the high line flares)

Something to consider for sure. Once they come in, i will certainly be giving it a closer look...as for making it work, I have zero skills at fabrication and would not know where to begin to look for help..

If you ordered rubicon fender flares there will be a height difference from the fender to the tire vs your front fender.

I guess when it says in the description that it fits my model, it just means that all the bolts will line up and not the fender flares?

if the suggestion is to put rubicon rear fender flares, do you happen to know the model? i am having a difficult time finding it. My local dealer hasn't been helpful nor can i find them on extreme terrain or quadratec.

since i have already purchased this bumper, i would like to stay with the OE fender flares if possible.

It clearly fits, a stubby bumper (front or rear) won't line up with the flares either. I'm not sure the front steel bumper with the end caps on even lines upb with the flares on the Rubicon as those came off day 1. The stock plastic front bumper on my mojave didn't line up either. I wouldn't can that a fitment issue but rubicon flares will line up better.

A $1,500 community college AutoCAD class, a $500 3D printer, and $20 in black filament should do the trick.

I have the plastic rear bumper on my 23 Willys. I put on the high line fenders to install my ARB front bumper. Here is what the install looks like on the rear. I intend to replace the plastic rear bumper with a metal one this summer. But at least these will show you the match up.
Benny got the fenders for me too. Shout out to him.

Thank you for your post and experience with the Fender flares on your Willys. This is really reassuring that the fender flares Benny suggested will resolve the issue. They are supposed to arrive on Friday. i will post pictures when I get them installed.

The high line fenders are a bit wider than the sport fenders too. Decided to add wheel spacers to fill the well.

Hi all,
just updating this post...finally got them installed as the weather and my scheduled finally synced up . i think they look good. And, while some may be able to see the difference in the high line flares from the front to back, i certainly can't tell. Just to be clear, I did NOT add the high line fender flares to the front. I only replaced the back fender flares and fender liners to line up with the Rubicon steel rear bumper. it definitely brought the costs higher but i think for the safety of a steel bumper that keeps the original design, it's worth it to me.
