I have a 2020 JLUR 3.6L automatic.
my stock radiator blew at 36k km. I let the warranty replace it with stock but I’m not going to wait to be stranded again before I upgrade to aluminum. I’ve heard good things about Mishimoto but they don’t make them for the 2020. I’ve looked up reviews for the Cold Case and saw a post that one fellow went through three of them d/r poor weld leaking.
I’m having a hard time finding reviews and recommendations for a 2020 JLUR aluminum upgrade. What do you recommend?

I’m not sure an all metal radiator on a vehicle that flexes a bunch is a great idea. Maybe ok if it’s more mall crawler than rock crawler.

I have a Cold Case radiator that I installed in October of 2022. I have driven 20,000 miles with it so far, including off-roading during the Moab Jeep Jamboree 4 days after installation. I have had zero issues with it and it certainly helps with cooling while pulling a trailer up 6-8% grades in the Arizona summers. The fit was excellent and I did couple it with the Gladiator grill inserts to ensure maximum airflow.

My experience is to stay with the factory radiator. I tried 3 aluminum and all of them cracked in the exact same spot. 2 cold case lasted 2 months and 4 months, then a griffin that lasted 1 year and 11 months. Luckily they were all still in the manufacturer’s warranty.

Don't remember there being one when I posted that back in January... I could be wrong
Oh, I see! I was looking at them back in May or June, so maybe it was introduced in the interim.
