The only time I ordered custom decals it was through Rebel Decal www.therebeldecal.com.
We emailed back and forth and they worked with me on my idea and sent sample images until it was perfect.

did a great job on a custom design for me years ago that still looks great; in the process of another order with him right now

probably not the quickest, but the quality is worth the wait, and the pricing is totally reasonable.
