How about some Craigslist car ads?

Make sure to take a sideways picture at night when the vehicle is dirty and sopping wet, while parked in a coin-op spray wash bay. Get the left door, and the rear at an angle (while blocking out the license plate). That should be enough photos to get them droolin'. Better yet, post two photos of when you bought the car 5 years ago with the temp tags still on it.

If you take a pic of the inside, make sure it's of the passenger rear seat, and sprinkle some dirt on the floor and throw some garbage around. That way the buyer won't have a doubt that it's a USED car, not a new one. One pic is enough, they'll get the idea.

Never state the mileage. Ever. Make sure to leave your phone number like 2-fi-tree, 55-five, won-two-12. And don't accept text messages or emails, those are for the weak!!

Yep. They have a different per diem request/rate for CONUS vs OCONUS. Same as GSA and other acronym agencies. They do that to keep it simple (and because no one knows “contiguous”).

Contiguous wouldn't include Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Lots of definitions of Continental US do.

Really? I haven’t read a single definition or usage of either continental or contiguous us that includes the territories. It’s always a subset of states + DC. OCONUS includes territories if I remember correctly.
