2021 jlud with 6650 miles. I have yet to experience overheating. No death wobble. It tracks straight as an arrow. It rides comfortably. No water in fuel. Hasn't caught on fire. 29 average mpg. No (more) squeak in the SOT top. My gorilla glass hasn't cracked. No CEL. No rusty hinges. Unconnect always connects. No oil leaks. Shifts easily into 4wd. No oil consumption......what am I missing?

Damn it.....I paid for the Jeep experience and I just ain't gettin it. Any chance this is covered under the Mopar extended warranty?

But seriously......for those who have had issues, I do feel for you and hope you are able to get things resolved.

For others reading all the Jeep problems, and on the fence about buying a JL (particularly the "problem prone diesel "), realize there are most likely many more like myself that have had no problems and are really, really happy with their Jeep. Nothing is perfect. I look forward to driving this beast every morning.

Now watch mine explode next week ???. Happy Friday!
Same,

Although, I did break one of those little plastic seat stops in the driver side seat (2dr) so I had to replace that ($3.81) and I purchased a couple of spares.

We have a fleet of 3 JLs. You WILL experience at least the bubbling paint due to corrosion. Hopefully not much more than that though. My wife's 2.0L had the steering box replaced under warranty and the water pump tightened. That's it so far with all 3, other than the bubbling paint issue the '20 is waiting to get repainted.

I sometimes wonder that since Jeep wranglers are one of the most heavily modified vehicles on the planet if this doesn’t have an effect on reliability, driving dynamics, and issues like death wobble.

This popped up when a friend put a lift on their 2020 Sahara and immediately developed a death wobble. Up until that point their vehicle had no problems with steering or suspension.

Made me start to wonder what other issues we create. If we miss wire lighting and winches could that cause battery drain? How many issues on this forum are from modded Jeeps?

I want to be clear that I’m not placing the blame on owners and Jeep does have to own certain issues like the sun visor which fails, but as a community do we bring down Jeeps reliability simply because we mod the crap out of our vehicles?

Yeah, I forgot that one. The GG windshield in the daughter's '22 JLW has been replaced once already. Under 6k miles. No problem w/ the dealer or getting it covered though.

Millions of wrangler have been built and sold. Only a very very small % of them are represented on this forum. The vast majority of them go unmodified and live their life without issues so you never hear from the owners. Forums are like Yelp; most of the comments are the very small sampling of negative issues. There’s a ton of great info on here but it’s mostly b***ching from the ones who do have the issues. Which does suck for them. Jeep gets a bad rap and we kind of cause that reputation ourself. I personally love the quality and reliability of all the Jeep products. No issues here. Great community though.

My beautiful JLURD ran amazingly until 7000 miles, at which point it started having electrical problems and at 12k miles I traded it in for the JLUR XR I now drive. It was a heart breaker as I loved my Ecodiesel Jeep but all the problems that started at 7000 miles caused me to dump it for a gasser.
Here’s my old Ecodiesel (2021), hopefully it’s out on the trails somewhere and not still having problems. I had a good start to the build going when I dumped it off
