Does anybody know when the Westin triple tube rock slider/step (p/n 42-6025) will be available? I sent request to Westin but have not heard back.

Not to bad. 9 bolts on each side. 6 along the pinch seam and 3 underneath. Just gotta be patient. Get all the bolts started then tightened her down. I'm satisfied with them. Definitely feel as these steps are for a lifted Jeep though. Right now, I step right over them into the Jeep cause I got used to doing that before I got the steps. :giggle: When I get my 37s on this week, I'll actually be putting them to use though.

Hey @Izzy901, do you mind measuring the distance from the N-Fab steps to the door sill?

Trying to compare to the stock Sahara steps. :)

I installed a set of ROAM side steps today, and I think they look great with the factory fenders!

Other than finding out which wires I want to tap into, and where I plan to come through the firewall I haven't made much progress. I've had a lot going on with work, and with the NBA playoffs & family my weekend has been consumed.
I did find out that in the footwell there are two LED's on one strip, one that seems to go with the "mood" lighting at night, and the other that other that only comes on when the dome light is illuminated(Either with the doors open or the dimmer switch set all the way up.) I plan on using the one that coincides with the dome light to trigger illumination.

Very much appreciate the install update, keep us posted. I haven’t been able to find the “installation” instructions on their site yet.....guessing once production goes full tilt they will have something.

I like the look of both the side steps lod and roam. I just wish they would fit withthe stock rubi rails. Besides ace does any one make ones that will do that and have an actual step. I need that for my dogs.. Dogs and Jeeps Yeah!

I really like these, but can't get past the "ROAM" cutout. Wish I could get them without that.

Yeah, I've said the same thing. Too vain (of Roam) to have that logo cut out so big on those steps like that. Everything they have has their name cut out on it somewhere. They need a different logo.

Take your name off Roam and I'll buy them. Word of mouth is the best advertisement....along with customer service. I'm not implying you don't have good customer service, just that it's a little narcissistic to have that huge cutout of "Roam" on everything.

I can't decide between these and the ACE sliders with Rubi rails. The LoD's are almost twice as expensive, but I feel like they would protect better against the tires slinging rocks up against the body/fenders...
I think I'll be going with the ACE mostly because I don't really need a step slider (If you squint at my avatar, you'll notice my JKU has them, they're great!). Don't plan on ever lifting my jeep over 2" or putting wheels over 35"s on it.

If you plan on lifting your Jeep up over 3" and putting 37"+s on it, I'd definitely go with those since those steps could be pretty handy if you ever plan on getting older folks or small kids in there.

I am looking for some too. Can’t find what I want. Here is what they need to do
Provide Rock rail protection
Have no big gaps so my dogs legs don’t fall through
Be bolt on
Don’t have to remove stock rubicon rock rails.
Be smooth no drop down step
Exactly. Same here. Have you found a set as of yet??
