Here is what I'm planning for my 2019 2dr Rubicon.
I would like to do a small 1 1/2" spring lift but cannot find springs to work.
So I was thinking a 1 1/2" spacer lift.

Already done:
- 35 BFG Tires
- steel front & rear bumpers
- winch
- 17x9 -12 offset rims
- Steer Smart adjustable drag link
- Steer Smart Tie Rod
- Steer Smart Track Bar
- Dyna track Ball Joints
- Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Adjustable w/Reservoir Shock set (0" - 1 1/2")

Going todo ASAP:
- Full set of Clayton overland arms (all 8)
- Fox ATS stabilizer shock (match the shocks.)

So I need help with the following:

- - Sway bar links. - -
* Get pre made from a kit or should I get cut to length?
* Front, Back lengths
* Was thinking maybe the Auto Link quick dis-connect. Thoughts?

- - Bump stops. - -
* Am I ok with the factory ones
* If not what heights should I get
* Front & Back heights

What else will I need?

I loved my AutoLYNX. They make it so easy to disconnect. I had them on my Jeep for about 6 months before it burned down so I only used them a few times but it sure made it easy.

The point of a lift is to fit bigger tires. If you're fitting the tires without the lift then there isn't a reason to do the lift unless you're just going for a certain look.

Spacer lifts in general are just cheap trash, avoid them and get a proper lift kit if you're going down that route. The mopar kit springs might be ideal for you since you already have the shocks

Any Idea what springs will give me an actually 1.5" of lift.
I want to match the shocks and not lift it to high to maintain some on road quality.

The mopar kit comes in 2", the difference between 1.5 and 2" is minimal road quality wise

Highly recommend spacers if you’re only looking to go 1.5” AND you are satisfied with the ride quality you have now. You can get away with pretty much whatever brand you want, doesn’t have to be crazy expensive it’s just a spacer. Quite a few spacer kits will have longer sway bar links as well. You can use those all day without issue and research other ones with disconnect options at a later time. .
Don’t let anyone ever tell you spacers are trash, they do exactly what they’re intended to do. My wife rolled on spacers and 35s for almost 6 years before trading it in.

I agree spacers are the way to go. I've ran them on different Jeeps and they work just fine for what you want. Especially when you only want to go 1-1/2 inches. I don't think you are going to find springs in 1-1/2 inch without going custom made.

If you're not off-roading it hard, maybe leaving it as is and just doing a fender gut and the American Adventure fender brackets/lights would be a way to go. You will gain approximately the clearance you'd get from a 1 1/2" lift and the front fenders have a sleek look with that mod.

Thanks for the idea. Good Option.
I'm in Canada and I dont think it's a good idea to leave the Eng compartment that exposed with all the salt and snow we get. I will also loose the fender extensions I put on.

So if I go with the 1.5" spacer vs a spring how much articulation do you loose?
Not that I'm a hard core guy by any means.(or at least not yet)

If I go with the spacer and my shocks what do I need todo with the bump stops if anything.
Also do I need to worry about the springs becoming un perched.....Will this be a problem for me?

Just learning and appreciate all the help

Looks good
What did you do for the shocks? Did you have to add any bump stop?
Sorry for all the questions.

You have a Rubicon, why would you add disconnects? Move the rear end links to the front and buy 12" end links for the rear and save several hundred dollars. I'm pretty sure Synergy has a 1.5" lift spring. No need for longer bumpstops unless you're going to bigger tires or longer shocks. The springs won't unseat even with a spacer as the shocks aren't long enough for it to droop that far. Even with rocksport shocks and a 2.5" spacer the springs stayed seated.
