I've had my JLU for almost a year and consistently averaged 22 mpg. Found a gas station that sells no ethanol Premium at 91 octane. Now I'm averaging a solid 23 even with my lead foot. Seems to have made the 2.0 even happier. Can't argue with that.

I stopped looking at gas prices years ago so it's no big deal to me to buy Premium. If I get a chance to do a distance run I expect the average mileage to threaten diesel numbers. Maybe not - it's another excuse to drive the Jeep! Even if I go back to a lower grade, I'm going to skip the ethanol blend. The Jeep seems to like the pure stuff!

I'm STILL getting 15l/100kms (15.7 mpg).

4000kms (about 3000 miles)
2L Turbo, no lift, 100 extra lbs of tires (285/70R17 KO2's).

Its' not flat where I live but there aren't a lot of major hills either. Hilly yes, but like slow rolling with flats in between. :/ Lots of "gentle inclines".

Here in San Antonio, TX, I'm getting ~22 mpg average city with my 3.6 JLU Sahara. On the highway during trips I'm typically around 25 mpg. Highest I've seen is 27, but that was on a calm day and flat terrain. If there is a strong headwind, wow, does that square formfactor come into play! LOL Like other posters mentioned, though, I knew when I got my Jeep it was going to be like pushing a brick through the air and gas mileage was not my primary decision-maker. Still, compared to my brother's 2012 JK I'm getting Prius mileage! Bwahahahahahaha

I see some of these high averages, and just cant imagine how you can achieve those if you drive with any intent. My wife uses her 2020 3.6 to commute to work everyday, with the majority of her daily mileage being the Hwy.
Speed limits in TX and decent so, lets just say she is probably 70-75 mph on the highway, and 30-40 on the side streets. According to my hand calculation she is getting 18 mpg average per tank. The Lie-ometer in the dash says her average is 19.5 currently.
I can "reset" driving down the road and see 23-25, but can never maintain that as an average. How are you guys seeing that as an overall average for a daily driver?

21 mpg average since then total mixed city and highway. Dips down around 18-19 when mostly just city high volume traffic. When doing mostly highway miles in the summer was around 24.

16.9 mpg on 37 Milestar’s. Not too bad since I really lost 8th gear for the most part

I was getting great mileage until winter. That winter gas suuuuuxxxx.
Isn't that amazing? NE Ohio, and once winter hits my milage drops from about 22mpg to 18.5 mpg. More ethanol? I run non ethanol in all my farm equipment, but have to drive 50 miles round trip to get it. If we had the gas that was available in the 60s I'm guessing we'd be getting 35 mpg.

It's crazy. I know New York state does have some gas stations that sell non-ethanol but it's not worth the drive. I'm averaging just under 20 mpg right now but I was getting 29 before the gas switch!!

I get 100 smiles per gallon - that's what matters to me. But since we're on this topic, '18 JLUR stock and 19 city/22ish highway on 89 octane at every fill up.
