do you agree it will look better without this part? Is this removable? And will it show wires, etc after done? What’s the cons of without?

Rubicon’s didn’t come with the fillers. That was only the sports and maybe Sahara, all in the name of fuel economy.

If you remove it entirely, it will expose the back of your fog light assembly - this isn't necessarily a bad thing, as all of the other trims are lacking that covering from the factory.

That said, you do not need to remove it entirely. Just use a sharp utility knife and cut the top part of the piece, using the bumper as a guide. Or if you're not that brave just mark the cut line, take the whole thing off, make your cut and then re-install the lower section.

Un fortunately i cant as I replaced the bumper entirely, but as Phrank said you can trim the flare so the back is still covered, but on rubicon bumper back of wires are exposed too unless you buy an after filler panel
