I recently purchased a 2024 Wrangler Sahara and immediately did some mods. Among them was the Westin WJ2 full width front and rear bumpers. The front bumper has some really rough machine work in the winch area, I've attached a few pics. I brought this to the attention of Westin as well as the installer. The installer received a replacement from their distibutor and it was no better.
I then reached back out to Westin, asking where these are made. The response was "they are made overseas". They did not disclose the actual country of origin leading me to believe they aren't proud of it. Westin offered another replacement but stated exactly "we cannot guarantee or confirm it will be any better".
Needless to say I'm a little disappointed in the quality of this Westin bumper that cost me close to $1000.00. Anyone considering Westin's WJ2 (or other products) beware of what to expect as it seems they have little control over the quality of their product(s) coming from their overseas manufacturer.
