I come from the world of motorsports. So the driver needs to look into a weight reduction. If you can lose 50 lbs, the Jeep loses 50 lbs. Then lightweight clothing, crocks, and maybe shirtless. After that, make sure all the glovebox is empty (just remove it too). Look into Lexan windows too and eliminating the right side wiper. Then the hood can go. It was quite the thing back in the 70's.
Another option (because I come from motorsports and we strip down cars to make them weigh less) is to strip the wiring harness. Get rid of every wire that is not needed. In an e46 BMW, 60 lbs can be lost from just the wiring harness alone.
