Can someone please help me understand the price difference/value to go to the Zeon?? I have searched over and over and read all I could find. I’m not finding it.

The Zeon has a wireless remote and allows for two auxiliary lights to be controlled also by the remote with simple wiring hook-up. No other winch has this. Great if you don't have the auxiliary switches built into the Jeep.

I believe it is only the Zeon Platinum that has a wireless remote.

Short answer: VRseries Chinese import. Zeon series made in America.
There are other design differences as well.
VR is the entry level winch.

Thank you!
No problem. I just left from looking at both of them side by side. Although they are both relatively hidden in the factory steel bumper, the fit and finish, higher quality line, lower amp draw, and better cooling swayed me to the Zeon

So you have the Zeon in a factory Rubicon Steel bumper? How was the install? Which plate should I use? Thank you again for all the input.

Actually I’m having it done. Just ordered everything today. I went with the warn plate. Yes it’s factory steel Rubicon bumper.

Did you get it from Northridge? They have the best prices I’ve found.
