Upper control arm skids? Alternative

Hello everyone I was wondering if maybe somebody could point me in the right direction, currently I’m running the rock hard 4x4 upper control arm skids but after a few trails they are getting chewed up pretty bad.
They are bent and not protecting the mount anymore (at least on the drivers side)

I’m looking for an alternative to this skids plate that would be more durable as my other skids are holding up just fine, anything from other manufactures I’m open to suggestions.

Passenger side for reference still tucked close to the frame but I fear the same thing could happen on that side. I favor putting the hard obstacles under my drivers side that why it’s more chewed up

Most of their stuff is quite good and those are listed at 1/4" thick... You must have been having lots of fun!

I mean most definitely but I’ve only been on like 4 trails with them, they should have designed them to bolt on to the other side as well instead of just one side and maybe curve up better to the control arm

I have several of their skids but skipped these particular ones for just this reason. Acts like a small pry bar to twist the bolt. It'd be nice if they redesigned these, plus the front control arm axle skids where they resist the clamping force required to stop squeaking.

Looking forward to what other options pop up here for these skids...Also good bolt-on ones for the front lower.
Rancho makes a great rear LCA skid but offer nothing for other control arm locations.

If you don’t like rock hard metal cloak also has some new front control arm skids made of 3/16 bolt ons compared to the rock hard 1/4 but I don’t have much squeaking with mine, just off-road they squeak sometimes but I’m not even sure if it’s coming from that bracket

I'm no expert on suspensions, but aren't you talking about lower control arms?

It's still your lower control arm. They are referencing the upper part "frame side" vs lower part "axle side". your upper control arms are up high and no way need protection

I've got the Rusty's rear frame side, and they are hoss, they don't have a front though.

Do the RH's just use the CA bolt on one side? If so, I think the Barne's ones may do better even if they are thinner.
