Running into an issue I'm hoping someone else has solved, but I haven't seen it anywhere. The volume will randomly jump up (or down) 5 seconds after I come to a complete stop while driving. If I manually move it up or down after, it goes back to the normal volume level it's set to. I'm running a Tazer, but this has happened on the last 3 versions I've updated it to. It's been happening for almost a year, and I'm tired of it.

It's almost like I have the Speed Adjusted Volume enabled, but that's off. It's also random on if it happens or not when I come to a stop, and it mostly happens when I'm using Carplay. Who's got options for me to try? Should I reset Uconnect? Try and get it updated? Is it the Tazer? I'm out of ideas...

I have the same issue, but it's every time I put my turn signal on to change lanes. Speed adjusted volume is off.

I have this aswell but i think it has more to do with the Motorola Wireless android Dongle. At least it stops doing it when i remove the M1 dongle. I do have a tazer as well.

I have same issue. Was wondering what it was as I had the Tazer for quite some time. Once I removed it to go to the dealer, I found it no longer had that problem. I was bringing it to dealer for another reason. In any case, when I got it back I could not find the Tazer for a while (couple weeks) and never had any issue. Today, found the Tazer and installed again. Boom. Volume randomly going up 10-12. Touching the volume brought it back down to where it was (it seems the radio did not adjust it's volume by 10-12. Example: volume at 4.. Drive a bit and totally random volume goes to 16-20. Touch volume up and it shows 5 and volume back to normal. Even happened stopped at a light. I removed the tazer (still married to Jeep) and volume is ok. I only bought it mostly for the tire size adjustment (oh, also the auto start/stop). The speedometers continues to be accurate without the Tazer installed, so just going to remove for now.. I have the latest firmware. Will send off a ticket to ZAuto anyway.

None... but it pays well.
I had similar issue until I updated the tazer with this year's update.

I do get volume decrease when messages come in on phone when Bluetooth is used. Also when there is an chime.... like going into reverse and detection spots an obstruction, and after starting car when in the security code entry, to allow placing in gear.

Other than the above, my right hand will rub the volume control at times when I reach the start button to shut off engine.
