UConnect issue elevated to STAR support

This is the second time I’m bringing my 2024 Jeep Wrangler sport SJLU into the dealership for a Uconnect issue. The first time the dealership did a reflash and it was good for about a week. This time when I brought it in. They could not figure out what to do so they elevated it to the star support… Does anyone have experience with this at all? Any idea what it could be? Wouldn’t it be easier just to give me a new Uconnect system?

Any idea what it could be?
How are we supposed to answer this question if you haven't even detailed what your Uconnect issue is?

How are we supposed to answer this question if you haven't even detailed what your Uconnect issue is?
Come on. They clearly said it was "a Uconnect issue". That's enough for anyone to diagnose the issue. Obviously.

I got a "U Connect box needs service see a U connect dealer" today. I was about 70 miles from home so did not mess with it but when I got home I did the 10 second off/on tune buttons push and hold and it has been ok for the last hour or so of running around....

This may not be the reason but you'll get that message if/when UConnect loses or can't maintain a data connection during a background update. Normally, if that's the case it will resolve itself relatively quickly and you won't see it again. If it pops up again within a week or so I'd initiate a case with your dealership's Service Manager.

Normally, if that's the case it will resolve itself relatively quickly and you won't see it again. If it pops up again within a week or so I'd initiate a case with your dealership's Service Manager.
I have reset my radio several times and it keeps popping up within a few minutes. I had an over the air update for Uconnect on april 17th that seemed to update without a hitch and now 10 days later this popped up.
