hello, I recently purchased a used uconnect 7 inch to replace my junk 5.4 inch head unit, after installing everything seemed to work fine, everything functioned as should until I went to make my first phone call. Regardless if I am using CarPlay or just plain Bluetooth, I can only make one single phone call every time I restart my vehicle.
I can make a single phone call after the radio resets, but once I hang up that phone call the unit makes a clicking sound through my speakers when I both try to start another call, or hang up, also, after the first call is made, there is no volume when trying to make another call, music still works flawlessly, Bluetooth works, the only issue is when trying to make a call. Has anybody every experienced an issue like this, I bought the radio used with a security code, I will try to bring it to the dealer tomorrow, what a bummer.
