Updating a uconnect after upgrading from 5" to 7"

So I couple years ago I upgraded my wife's and my Uconnect form the crappy, god awful, trash, junk, turd, useless, unresponsive, always popping and resetting Uconnect 5" to the much better 7" Uconnect. I'm wondering if anyone else has done this and figured out how to update (if it even got one) without having to go to the dealership and use a vin from another Jeep, I would rather never update than go through that much work haha.

Many on here have updated to the 7" from the 5" radio. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any updates to the 7" radio (I used to have one).
