OK, I've done a little digging. @Ratbert was kind enough to share the street in question with me, and I confirmed that my map still shows it as one way. Apple maps also shows it as one way. I have not yet found a way to submit updates to TomTom.I'm fairly sure it's outdated by the time it's built.
One of the roads in my neighborhood went from one way to two way a few weeks ago. I quickly put that change into Google and now Google and Waze are correct. From what I understand you'll see that change in 2+ years...if you're willing to fork out a Ben Franklin+ for it.
And yes, I frequently update Google maps with details like that. The most significant change cut about five miles off the route due to how the DOT changed a major interstate intersection in Denver.
I also dug through the map settings and it looks like it's a map version from September 2022. That's not good.
Again, this is for the 2024 model Uconnect 5 NAV feature. According to the Navigation service in Jeep Connect support:
https://fcagroup.my.site.com/gsdpv3/s/article/GSDP-MOTA-Maps-Over-The-Air
It suggests that map updates happen automagically "over the air" every six months, and incremental changes will happen "as you drive in new areas". I don't drive in Ratbert's area.
I will be contacting @JeepCares (case number 89295938) to see why I haven't received my 6 month update.
Now as far as "it is worth it"? That's for you to decide. Here's what Jeep says is the value of the NAV service (emphasis is mine):

I want access to the freshest maps!Available TomTom Traffic and Travel Services (Disclosure1)—including Traffic, Speed Camera Alerts, Electric Vehicle Services, Parking, Fuel Pricing and Weather—offer drivers reliable and timely information so they can get where they are going without any hassle. As a fully integrated system, routing and guidance will still function when internet connectivity is lost by using regularly updated backup mapping contained within the system. Smartphone-based systems cannot provide the same level of Navigation support. Standard with Uconnect® 5 NAV, the TomTom Navigation system lets you access useful information right at your fingertips, and over-the-air map updates guarantee access to the freshest maps, so you’ll always know the road ahead.
I am also investigating if updates can be manually downloaded. I have found this map update apparently from December 2023:
