Trip Information does NOT match Odometer?!?

Kind of nice to know I’m not the only one with the issue.
Called the dealer and made an appointment to check it out. Next available date was 10/25, will update then.

Same condition with my 2018 Chrysler. Bought the used vehicle with 41,000 kms. on the odometer. Checked the info in the Nav and saw 73,000 kms registered on the Trip Odometer. Monitored the 2 odometers from then on and they sync'd km to km. How in the world did it get to an imbalance of 33,000 kms. The Nav was never reset. Even considered a roll back. That's my story.

Hi all,

New to the forum and have an odd question that someone may have answer to.

I was going through some of the menus in the UConnect system and found something puzzling. I went into Navigation and then trip information.

The total trip information states: 2,953 miles.

My odometer says 1,201 miles.

Any ideas?

I called the dealership and they were just as confused and said I need to make an appointment.

Hello everyone,

I am not sure where to post this but this seemed like the thread closest to my problem. I am having odometer issues but not where it is displaying the incorrect information but where it is not displaying anything. I've noticed this a few times but ignored it for the most part as it would always come back after I restarted it. I took it for its service the other day and the service center could not get it to appear either. We tried turning the car on and off, going through the settings to resart things and nothing happend. In the setting it shoed that the odometer was in being displayed but there were no numbers. I tried the fuse box thing and found that quite a few of them were not installed properly. That seeemed to fix the issue but to my surprise the problem came back and my odometer is gone again. Has anyone had this problem before or know how to fix it?
