Two things come to mind.
1. Check to see that all fuses are seated fully.
2. It could be a bad aux battery. This could lead to electrical gremlins, as well as draining of the main battery.

I would check your CANBUS behind the dash just to see anyway. You could also have bad battery issues with both aux and main. You need to replace both of those at the same time.

Your cluster could also have failed. See United Radio if so and they may be able to assist you if you speak with them over the phone about your specific issue.

Is the Canbus the green connector behind glove box if so had it replaced was throwing all kinds off losing communication codes

Not batteries or canbus block. Most likely display needs replacing. Could just be the LCD screen. There are other threads here how to do this.

There are multiple parts to the Instrument cluster. Both the screen part, but also needles. From OPs description, nothing is working in the cluster- so thats why I suggested a base check of batteries and CANBUS since those can cause issues in weird ways.

The entire cluster can fail, but also just the screen can fail.
