Hello!
I currently have a 18 JL Sport (2 Dr) manual transmission with 58K miles on the odometer; 315 Rubicon takes off tires and suspensions. If any JLU owners out there would like to down side to a 2 dr, I am interested in an exchange. Please DM me if interested.

I've always wanted a 2 dr jeep, but with 2 teenage kids it's become quite inconvenient transport them to sport practice.

I figure this is not a classified ad, so I'd post it here to garner any interest. My apologies if it violates any forum rules.

Thank you.

I put a cargo rack on the hitch of my 2 door. I was able to get all my kids gear on that. Ultimately though I ended up getting a truck for my kids and their stuff and my 2 door (real) Jeep is for me and doing real Jeep things in it.

Sooooooo, let’s see if I’m understanding this correctly. You’re asking someone to trade their 4 door for your 2 door? Like an even swap like 2 kids trading lunches in school?
Asking for a friend.
Considering how superior 2 door Jeeps are, yes, it doesn't seem fair for him.

Is there a reason you don’t want to just sell the 2 door and then buy a 4 door?

just curious. Seems like an odd proposition for a trade.

Yes, I could do that! I probably end up selling the 2 dr and get a 4Runner (planning a cross country trip, visiting national parks with the fam in a couple years). Besides, I wanted to see what comments the internet can give me.... (sheesh.. this sounded like a challenge!)

Except the good power-train options were never available on the two-door.

This seems like the appropriate place that I too would try to get someone to trade vehicles with. The only place I'd trust people more is the kind, compassionate, caring, friendly souls of reddit. I recommend trying to trade with people on reddit, it will be safer and smarter.
