I have a stock (factory-loaded) 2021 JLU Rubicon with ECO Diesel. Looking to size up AT tires still using the factory wheels. I want the Bridgestone KO2 and have the BF Goodrich LT285/70R17. What is the tallest and widest I can get on those wheels regardless of Mfg and model?

285/75R17 (34") or 35x11.5R17 would be the largest with the factory wheels/suspension without contacting the front lower control arms with the steering at full lock for the Rubicon.

The new KO3 is out in 35x11.5R17, load range C. Would be perfect.

I have the 37" bf Goodrich KO2s on the 2023 factory Rubicon rim. Discount tire did the installation. At the time, DT's own website showed they were approved for 7.5" wide rims (it no longer shows that). Regardless, with the diesel I have had no issues. MPG is still pretty good at around 19-20 combined. At first with no lift, now with AEV 2" spacers.

255/85-17 Mickey thompson AT's are a perfect fit for stock wheels. taller than most 35's but skinny ie a 35x10. they do great offroad and on. definitely not for everyone tho.

Is there a reason you're wanting KO2s?
This is the 2nd JEEP I had the KO2's on without issues. Also, this is the first of my 7 Wranglers over the years I've left stock and w/o a lift kit.

I have not installed wheel spacers with these tires and have had zero issue regarding that. Months after the tires were installed, I did install a 2" spacer lift because I had read here on the forums that I would get rubbing if I went off-road with these particular 37s without a lift. I really like these tires because they are not a true 37, and they are some of the lighter tires you can buy in this size.

And you're aware that KO3s came out quite a while ago?

I am going to purchase four tires this Wednesday and we’ll keep the 37 as an option. Thank you again.
