Adding salt to the wash cycle helps break loose grease or similar stains.

Use 1000 grit wet sand paper to remove the stains.
Sue the F150 truck owner for damages.

Just kidding.

Tire shine, what's that? I'm on dirt roads so often allI would have to worry about is brushing some dirt off.

First world problems?. I’m still trying to understand why people WASH Jeeps, much less shine the tires?. Seriously though, the Dawn trick ought to work. It took motorcycle chain lube stains off a pair of my jeans (and That is nasty stuff)

Oxy clean in a bucket with enough water to cover them soak for 12 hrs. Gets pulled pork bbq out of shirts, will get tire grease out of pants.

Dawn by itself doesn't work well.
Things to try:
WD-40 to remove tire marks, then clean the WD-40 with Dawn
Lestoil
Eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil
Naptha or Carbon Tetrachloride (only if the pants are 100% cotton. Do not use on synthetics)

I've never tried the Dawn idea but I imagine that could work. I use OxyClean "MaxForce" spray for single stains, and for situations where there are a lot of stains I soak it in an OxyClean solution. Works for pretty much anything.

I never use tire dressing on 4x4's as they not only will transfer stains to clothes with even a light brush/touch but more importantly will cut easier on sharp Arizona rocks when off road.
To verify this, next time you get new tires take an old one which is dry with no dressing, slather your choice of tire dressing on half the tire, then take a sharp rock first to the dry side and then to the side with the tire dressing and see what happens...
As for stains, I wash my Jeep once a week and while I do not use tire dressings my tires are clean-just not shiny. My jeans brush against them lightly often and do not leave a visible mark.

Based on the OPs lack of reply and one post this has to be click bait, but what the heck I'll bite...

- Alec I'll take "First world problems" for $400 please.
- Tire shine? Oh, clearly you're a Mall Crawler.
- Thanks for sharing your Yuppie pants recommendation on a Jeep forum. If you're a millenial please google "Yuppie".
- I wonder if the guys who own the F150s are bitching on the F150 forum about your Mall Crawler.

You might try treating the spot with Dawn Dish washing soap . Get the spot wet then use Dawn rub it in a circular motion with your fingers let it sit for about 30 minutes wash it like normal and see what results you get . I did that with white pants and the stain came out . Hope it works for you .

" Get the spot wet then use Dawn rub it in a circular motion with your fingers "
Taken out of context, his sentence is bad, and who is this Dawn chick? ;)

Tire stains on pants. Is this anything like skid marks in your shorts? That kind of thing happens often when off-roading.
