Throttle Body availability

My wife has a 2019 JLU with the 2.0L. She went out one morning and the Jeep idled very rough and lit up what seemed like all the warning lights. I checked the code and it was P2111 (I think), throttle stuck open. It sounded and felt like 2 out of the 4 cylinders were missing. Hitting the gas pedal made no difference in RPM. It went from perfectly fine the night before to not even being able to move it. It's been diagnosed to needing a new throttle body, but none seem to be available anywhere other than used on ebay which I am very hesitant to use. We are a few days from it being a month waiting for a throttle body. I searched myself and can't seem to find a new OEM part. Is anyone aware of an issue with the supply of these? How long would you wait before going with an aftermarket performance throttle body(not what I want to do since this is my wife's daily driver) or rolling the dice with a used ebay part?

If you buy one off EBAY and it doesn't work you can return it.

How many miles are on the car. You should check your throttle body and make sure it is clean and moves freely. Do a throttle relearn as well might solve the issue you have.

Understood. What holds me back is the labor to replace and taking a chance on a used part. May be my only option for a near term fix though.

It's got about 45,000 miles on it. Don't think it's dirt as it went from driving perfectly fine to barely running overnight. The code thrown does say it's stuck, so not sure if that's mechanical failure or electronic. Unfortunately it's sitting at the shop as my own garage has another project in it. I thought bringing it someplace would be faster. LOL. We did do a throttle relearn with no improvement.

Thanks, but they don't seem to have one for the 2.0L Turbo.

Throttle bodies build up carbon deposit from pcv system, and cause problems with throttle blade not closing completely. Hopefully they inspected the throttle body before doing relearn and not just throwing parts at it because of the trouble code.
