  1. Throttle Body availability

Thanks, but they don't seem to have one for the 2.0L Turbo.
  2. Throttle Body availability

It's got about 45,000 miles on it. Don't think it's dirt as it went from driving perfectly fine to barely running overnight. The code thrown does say it's stuck, so not sure if that's mechanical failure or electronic. Unfortunately it's sitting at the shop as my own garage has another project...
  3. Throttle Body availability

Understood. What holds me back is the labor to replace and taking a chance on a used part. May be my only option for a near term fix though.
  4. Throttle Body availability

My wife has a 2019 JLU with the 2.0L. She went out one morning and the Jeep idled very rough and lit up what seemed like all the warning lights. I checked the code and it was P2111 (I think), throttle stuck open. It sounded and felt like 2 out of the 4 cylinders were missing. Hitting the gas...
  5. 3.6 vs 2.0

Like you really need another response...That said, we have a 2019 Sahara with the 2.0 and E-Torque. It's my wife's and while the engine didn't matter to her, I was very concerned with the 2.0 being overly complicated, especially a few years down the road. We are about 6 months in and 6,000...
  6. Any regrets getting a Bikini colored Wrangler?

My wife fell in love with the bikini pearl and had to have it. Still loves the color. That said, we also have a 2008 Vette that is Atomic Orange!
  7. Finally Gave Up

When we were buying our 2019 we first test drove a 2018 on the lot. It was hard to keep straight on the twisty country road. It was definitely work. fortunately, my wife wanted a certain color (bikini pearl) and we had to wait for a 2019 to come in (July). Up until that came in and we drove...
  8. Heat question - turbo

Not sure I would categorize that are really hot. My other vehicles, 2012 Ram and 2008 Corvette, run around the same temps. The Vette's oil will exceed 200 if I drive it a little spirited.
  9. Is it common to have to pump the brakes twice to get a solid pedal?

Have no idea if this is related or not, just another place to look I guess. My 2019 Sahara has a firm enough brake pedal that I haven't noticed anything feeling soft. My other vehicle is a 2012 Ram 1500 that recently did have a soft pedal that I would have to pump once for a normal firm brake...
  10. Turbo advice- worth it?

I have a 2019 with the 2.0l Turbo and my manual states 87 octane(regular). "This engine is designed to meet all emission requirements, and provide satisfactory fuel economy and performance, when using high-quality unleaded “regular” gasoline having an octane rating of 87, as specified by the...
  11. New Member looking to get a Wrangler Sahara

Picked up our Sahara Unlimited with 2.0L Turbo about a month ago and am pleasantly surprised by the pickup from a stop and highway cruising. Haven't wished for more power yet. The eTorque really does give it some kick until the turbo spools up. My other vehicles are a RAM 1500 with 5.7L and a...
  12. Uconnect Access vs Sirius Guardian

As I noted, our issue was a misspelled email address entered by the dealer. It works now. Would be real creepy to start your old Jeep remotely if someone new owns it.
  13. Uconnect Access vs Sirius Guardian

Update - Spent some time on the phone with Uconnect support trying to sort this out and was told Uconnect Access was replaced by SiriusXM Guardian sometime in early 2018. My 2019 Wrangler does not support Uconnect Access, only Guardian. That was good info to learn, but we still could not...
  14. Uconnect Access vs Sirius Guardian

That looks cool and what I was expecting. Will be calling them in the morning. Thanks for the feedback.
  15. Uconnect Access vs Sirius Guardian

Thanks, guess I'll wait on hold tomorrow. Good to hear it works though.
  16. Uconnect Access vs Sirius Guardian

Picked up our 2019 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited a couple of weeks ago. We have the 8.4" radio and the salesman told us all about Uconnect and the features (remote lock/unlock, vehicle reports, etc.) and that he was registering us while we were waiting for delivery. All sounded good. Two weeks...
