got an e-mail from Jeep Cares and they told me my hardtop was what was causing my delay. go figure. I think they're running out of everything

My dealership just called me. Asked me if they could have the my jeep shipped without the soft top and just have it shipped later when it's available... I said hell yes! So hopefully I'll be in KZ status very soon!

You might just double check with them. Mine asked last week as well but it was skipping the soft top altogether not a ship later. They said they would help me acquire one through their parts dept but at full cost ... Not the discount for the dual top combo. If yours is truly a ship later scenario, there are probably lots of us jumping on the phone to our dealers to try to work the same deal!

It seems there is at least some movement continuing to happen with the premium soft tops. Just confirmed my dual top JLUR hit KZ on 22FEB after hitting JB on 14FEB, ordered 18JAN. Loaded on a rail car today. I hate hearing there are those of you who have had to wait longer and sure wish this process was more transparent and seemed to make more sense. Funny thing is after hearing that dealers are getting calls asking if dual tops should ship without soft tops, I wouldn’t be shocked if I show up for delivery and the soft top is nowhere to be found. Oh the fun continues!

Looks like the factory is running out of more stuff. Most in JB are waiting for the dual top soft top, but looks like some of the new members are waiting for something else.
