The dreaded JB freeze

I'm in the same status. KZS means that the vehicle has been moved from a remote storage lot (we saw images of the Toledo regional airport!), back to the manufacturing site in Toledo, from where it will ship. Does not mean it has shipped yet.

Preparations for shipping...mine is in Marion, Oh. There are a few of us awaiting shipment South.

I likely have all of you beat. Ordered 12/26. My first was built in late Jan and then spent 22 days in "I" and then failed inspection. Factory resubmitted my order and now I'm on day 19 in "JB". It seems like I just can't catch a break!

I'd like to know the person who spent the most time in the build process...gather up a collection and buy them some accessories........

An up and coming Lieutenant says in meekish fashion: "we get their all new 2018 JL Wranglers production delayed...."

Silence hits the room....interest is noted.

Up and coming Lieutenant : It's very easy oh grand leader. This FCA company--it is a monopolistic pig. It takes forever for them to produce Wranglers....we build Wrangler factories here (gun shot in the air)

All in unison: we build them here!!!! Numerous gunshots. At this point the up and coming Lieutenant has the floor:

"Okay, we set up not one, but THREE caves to handle JB backlog problem...."

The Leader from the South: "but nobody dies!!!!????"

Overall leader: "really leader from the South? Have you not recently checked the JB freeze post on jlwranglerforums.com?!"

The overall leader gives a nod to a underlying. The Leader to the South's head is also cut off, fist pumped to cries of "Build the Wrangler....build the wrangler!!!!!"

I have a sense I might be in for a delay. I went status I on March 1st. Still in I status. Jeep chat said average inspection time is 14 days which doesn’t match what I’m seeing on the spreadsheet. Seems like most go through in a day or two. Still hoping it moves on. I didn’t realize they start all over if it fails.

I agree with you, I don’t think their time quote is accurate. Mine seemed to sail through the entire process until JB, of course.

Yeah. I just told my dealer in no uncertain terms that his service sucks.
Rather than me chasing after them, for a $50k order I expect pro-active, daily updates from them.
Really good to get feedback from the community here and to learn that some dealers do a better job at that.

Moved to KZ on 3/14 at 3:55PM. I am really surprised given how long so many folks have been waiting. I was in JB for just a few days. Current estimate 03/29/2018 - 04/02/2018. Does that mean delivery?

Ordered 2/21 - Granite Crystal Metallic Rubicon, Infotainment, Leather, Safety Group, Tow package, Dual Top, etc. Only options I didn't order were painted fenders, color matched top, all weather mats, smoker's package, and the automatic transmission.

So, think I will actually get it soon?

Says Toledo, OH, VDC so, waiting for a ride as well I think! Last event location says Ottawa. Not sure what that means.

Congrats on the movement, I saw that this morning via tracker.. Your current estimate should be the delivery window to your dealer.... since we were in the same holding code from the tracker, I hope to see some movement later today or tomorrow as well -- fingers crossed.
