I've installed the Tazer mini in my 2022 JL. It has 11.4.6 firmware in it. It sometimes throws a CAMbus communication code that I have to clear. I've heard that it's best to revert back to 11.4.5 with the 2022 because it's more stable. true?

You may be better off opening a support ticket with Z Automotive rather than downgrading.

I have texted them. Waiting for a response. In the meantime, interested in what's on the street.

It'd be nice if they updated the firmware with whatever bug fixes and new features they have. It's been like, a year and a half with no updates!

Since I am sure nobody has seen and major updates from Stellantis there is no reason to expect any updates (short of bugs) from Z Automotive. They are lots of features a lot of us would like to see from Z Automotive but most are not capable of being implemented since parts of the Stellantis code are locked down hard.

I'm running the latest version with no issues.

Tired again
Just went from 11.4.4 to 11.4.6 the other day. No issues so far.

One "silly" feature I'd love to see them implement would be to "remember" the cruise control On/Off button state like the ESS button...

Mine is pretty frequently not turning on the turn signal camera or not turning it off.
Would also like the double-mute-press to cycle through the front AND rear camera views.

You can't simply assign a Uconnect button to the rear camera?
The stated functionality of the Tazer is to cycle through the cameras with the double-press of the mute button. They are aware it doesn’t work properly for factory trail cams.

Have YOU assigned a shortcut on the UConnect for the factory front-facing trail cam that is only one button press? No, you have not, because you can’t.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding your wording, As long as I’m driving 8mph or less in 2WD or 4WD High, or at any speed in 4WD Low I can activate the front facing trail cam with one button press.

I guess I'll need to remove the trailcam button from my main screen. Thanks for teaching me that it's not possible to add it there?
