Hey Just got a new 4xe, looking to add a tailgate table. Does anyone know of one that would still allow me to lay the freedom panels flat in the back?

When you are driving the tailgate table is folded. So you can fit anything in the back including your 2 freedom tops.

Apparently the 4xe Freedom tops are the length of the vehicle?

The come with a bag so you can store them hanging from rear seats. No where near a tailgate table.

Lol yep. Was just thinking the same thing. The JL even has a little pictogram showing how to store them. JK not quite as intuitive.

In the 4xe you have to store the freedom panels vertical against the rear seats, I don't think they will fit laying flat in the cargo area. I didn't try much else but it didn't seem like they would fit any other way.

The freedom bag with tops will lay flat. you just need to slide them to the passenger side. That way the rear door can close. As far as if a table added to the tailgate and the tops laying down in the bag fit. I do not know that. I do not store my tops up due to the fact it does interfere with some visibility. I went with the Bestop Freedom Top. It is very easy to install and remove when needed. Maybe 20-30 minutes the first time. Just know any and all wind screens you put on the front will make it a not as easy to put up and down. I am use to it now and will not take out my Spiderweb sunshade.

Get a Bestop Sunrider and leave the Freedom Panels in the garage where they belong.
I use my SunRider Top all year round.
