Tailgate hinge bolts

I installed a LOD rear bumper with the tire carrier so that meant removing my existing heavy duty tailgate carrier. The stock bolts for the tailgate with that carrier are too long so I can't install an Outback table. I called the dealer and they said they show no size difference in the bolts for the non HD carrier JL.
Does someone know a part number for shorter bolts or have a suggestion?

The stock tailgate bolts have a very large bevel that mate with the tailgate hinge. The tailgate reinforcement bolts are flat because the aluminum reinforcement piece is flat. I would suggest buying OEM replacement bolts. If you're lucky, you can get them at a junkyard already color matched.
