Well. Had something interesting happen to me today. Driving down the highway and heard a couple of chunks. Pulled over and checked for missing bolts, etc. Then checked the front suspension and behold, no drivers sway bar link. These are TF QDs. Only thing I can think of is the bolt came loose and the pin popped out at some point and it just went. Ugh. Life kicks you sometimes. I limped it home and ordered a new one. Hopefully better luck the second time. Just a PSA for anyone out there that has these

If you're swinging it up out of the way when you're wheeling. A lot of vibrating on the trail. I guess its possible the bolt came loose over time. I wouldn't think the pin would come out. Do you think its possible someone forgot to put the pin back in or it wasn't in 100% correctly?

Good thing you found out what the problem was and made it home safe.

Glad you made it safe! I read the pins on the JKS quick disconnects can also bend and sometimes start to make their way out.
