While funny, I sure hope you’re not serious. I do hope you try to take calculated risks and know when to call for help. Not everybody getting caught in a jiffy is “an idiot” like other posters incorrectly stated. And first responders are there for a reason.

I appreciate that. I'm certainly not on any kind of suicide mission but at my age and health it would be a GLORIOUS way to die!

They love hyping weather up. Good for ratings and good for sales at Wal-Mart, HD, Lowes, grocery stores, etc.
I'm curious to see what's comes to fruition. Supposed to be alot of freezing rain down here but the temps don't look like they will support it. Hopefully, it's nothing.

My mom needs to goto work at 5am on Monday here on Long Island. Debating between whether to take her 2011 Pathfinder versus my 2020 JLUR! That Pathfinder be very good in the snow too!

Take a "snow day". Much more fun than fighting a storm.

Our truck has not been out of 4wd in a few weeks. The roads have been horrible. Michigan, in my area are not to great about plowing snow.

It is -9 right now.

I'll tell you what, I AM excited for this snow storm! We're expecting 10-12 inches now and that means skiing next week will be amazing!

And I can relax now because my sweet little Jeep is comfy in my garage!

(P.S. The toilet is not cracked. \o/ This is why glasses are so important. )

I just discovered a crack in one of my toilets. Thankfully I have another, so I can just turn the water off to the bad one and wait until Monday.

So annoying, since Home Depot is about an hour drive away and I could easily switch it out myself IF THE WEATHER WAS COOPERATING. But no, -2 to -20 tomorrow and heavy snow Sunday and Monday. Grr. Now I'm going to have to pay a local plumber and hope that he has the same one to replace it with.

Home Depot delivers bigger items for a pretty reasonable cost when you consider the two hour round trip drive in those conditions. Or maybe they would refuse to deliver right now.

Edit: well I missed your post just prior to mine. Thats also why glasses are useful
