Sun visor mirror

My wife just lowered the passenger sun visor and the vanity mirror fell out of it, and won't snap back into place. Anyone else had this issue?

Bunches of people. It's a just a shitty design. Unfortunately, it's also very pricey for them, especially the driver visor with the Homelink garage door opener.

Here's what I did for a repair. It's held up very well and I think it is many times the strength of the original.

Thanks! I took it to my local dealer (Huntington Jeep, LI NY) and they replaced the visor. Nestor and the Huntington Jeep crew are the best!

Same thing happened with my 2020 Wrangler. The fix was quite easy. I removed the visor from the car, and applied four c-clamps, one for each corner. I used thin wood shims to protect the visor surface. I gently tightened each clamp until I heard the mirror snap over the taps in the visor. If I ever need to do it again, i will use a heat gun to soften the vinyl cover of the visor.
