dealer damaged sun visor

i went in for an oil change at my local mopar dodge dealer and to get my inspection sticker relocated because the dealer where I got my jeep stuck it 5 inches from where it should of been. I got in to leave for work and noticed they really screwed up my visor. Before i call and raise hell any advise on how i should handle this if they deny it? my whole service seemed like inconvenience to them.

As a novice - to me it looks like. It should be replaced under warranty

I agree. Looks like warranty stuff to me. From the pictures it looks like the covering split at a corner and on an edge, two high pressure stress points.
