This isn’t even consistent among FCA’s own lineup. Our Pacifica has express up and down on all windows.A lot of the functions you mentioned are gutted in the States for various reasons (safety liability, cost control, less regulation). This happens a lot in many brands, for example, European Ford Focus have everything you mentioned (1-up and down, auto window up on lock) while US Ford Focus does not have any of that.
Our 2011 Grand Cherokee had windows that went down with the remote, but in 2012 they dropped it. My 2016 Mustang has that feature however so it’s not just a European thing.
Cost is a joke when you’re talking about $50k cars. Make it $50,016 and add the additional sensors. Whatever.
