Hi guys, I'm looking for a cooking set which contains fuel-powered stove and pots that are big enough to hold crabs (If I can catch any), and also portable enough to fit inside 4 door's trunk space. Any recommendation?

Also, is it illegal to use stove to cook crab on san Francisco's piers...???

A turkey fryer is the only portable solution I can think of that has enough BTUs to boil a large pot of water in a reasonable time.
wow that's huge

I am not sure if it is illegal, but you might have a hell of a time with all the seagulls!

Do you mean behind the rear seats, with rear seats folded foward or removed, or under the floor?

Without seat fold, ideally this should be as large as a pressure cooker or smaller, anything larger would be too big...

Wow these looks great, are the stove stable though? It looks like easy to be turned over (By seagull or wind)
Look at the ‘HalfGen’ model. It’s stable. It comes with a pan that neatly stores together and you could buy their 5L pot. Or go full blown and get the two burner model. Alternatively you could buy an bigger cheaper aluminum pot.

That's great, I may buy the single stove with large pot combo. Will check local REI to see if they are in stock, and order from amazon if not. Thanks!

I have no complaints about JetBoil stability. They're not immune to being knocked over but you'd have to blatantly screw up or be cooking in winds you clearly should not be cooking in.

I have the Genesis Basecamp system. The pot definitely is big enough for most crabs. The pot, pan, and stove all fit into a nicely compact system. I don't always take the pot with. The Halfgen is a great option as well. I just wanted to be able to have two burners running.

Good to know... I will yield to you to do most of the cooking then! Looking forward to this summer!

The double stove and large 5l pot is out of stock on amazon (need to wait for 2 week +), I have to got the single stove and try to find myself a pot then, but good things is I may save some money, since I'm pretty sure I shall find one less than 100$ they are selling for.
