I'm pretty sure this is the steering stabilizer, right? I've got just under 10 K on it, and I noticed an oil leak in the garage where I park the Jeep. After further inspection, it appears to be leaking from the steering stabilizer. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any advice? I'm guessing it will be covered by warranty.

They'll warranty it if you haven't messed with your suspension or thrown on bigger tires. They might claim you caused it if you did either of those.

I'd say just upgrade it to an aftermarket one, it's not too expensive and the steering does typically feel tighter after doing it.

This is 100% what your warranty is for. Take it into the dealer and have it replaced.

Not worth involving a dealer in my opinion.
Why not? OP has a warranty for a reason. Why encourage to pay for something (regardless if it is a $40 part or not) that should be fixed at no cost?

Could the fluid on the stab be engine oil from a recent oil change? The 392’s oil filter is right above it. I made a mess of my drag link, track bar, and stab when I swapped filters.

Probably because you will spend 5 hours at the dealership, leave the Jeep there for a week, and then walk away from the dealership visit with new death wobble, loose lug nuts, and the new stabilizer installed backwards.

Well, maybe I'm the lucky one and haven't had any issue with my dealership.

Basically exactly what @kah.mun.rah said. I've had more dealers do warranty work poorly that I've had to correct their mistakes on my own time and dime than I'd like to admit. If it's something cheap I say do it yourself. Like I said, time is money, and my time is worth a hell of a lot more than $40. Peace of mind is priceless knowing it was installed correctly.

Don't forget, they'll add that 6th quart of oil as a special bonus feature.

If you do replace it yourself or upgrade it, look into doing the relocation at the same time. I have no idea why the steering stabilizer is the hanging right there ready to be the first thing you smash on a rock, but it's an easy upgrade and will keep you from ending up with this. (5k miles and no idea when/where I smashed it.)

That's impressive. Link to the relocation bracket you used?

I've only had the oil changed once so far, at 5,000 miles. This is pretty recent, but that doesn't mean that something started leaking up above it. I can't see any type of leak above it, which made me think it was the stabilizer.
